Last year due to the pandemic we were unable to have our annual poppy making project in the centre, instead we sent out materials out to our community and made poppies for our tree of hope.
We are back this year and have gone bigger and better not only with a display inside but also in the entrances and around the cenotaph. People have worked very hard on making poppies using various materials that have been recycled such as bottles and boxes. As well as making red poppies we have also made purple poppies for the animals that served and white poppies for peace.
Thanks to everyone for all your hard work it would not have been possible to have such a great display without all your efforts.
