Denise told us that her dog Toby could only eat specific dog food and she had travelled around several stores in and outside of Bradford but was unable to get his food. We suggested to Denise she came into our I.T. room and used a computer to see if it could be sourced online. Denise doesn’t have computer or Internet at home but was keen with our one-to-one support to give it a try. We found the food for Toby on an online store, so Denise managed to purchase a good supply.
Denise told us
Thank you so much for all your help, without you I wouldn’t have been able to get Toby his food and not sure what I would have done. Toby is my life and it’s so important to me that he is happy and well looked after.
We received a thank you card from Toby saying
thank you for helping me mum get my food on line as mum is useless with IT!
Not anymore she isn't!
