International cooking group travelled to Nigeria cooking Efo-Riro.

Air fryers are a healthier and more convenient way of cooking. They are cost effective and time saving. we like to keep things as simple as possible, so using the air fryers allows us to do this. Another advantage is a lot less cleaning up to do at the end of cooking.
Efo-Riro is a vegetable soup and a native soup of the Yoruba People of Wester Nigeria. Efo is the traditional African Spinach while Riro literally means to Mix. So Efo-Riro translates to ‘Mixed Spinach’ in Yoruba Language.
What is an Efo Riro without ‘Eja gbigbe’ (smoked mackerel fish)? The air fryer was a win-win to get the smoked fish flavour.
Efo Riro is a healthy vegetable soup with various nutritional ingredients like Red Bell Pepper which has twice the amount of Vitamin C in green pepper and nine times more vitamins A and K, phew! Don’t believe us? Well, check out the link below:
